September 1, 2021 (Clarksville, AR) - The Rich Mountain Bucks (1-2-0; 1-2-0 in Region 2) travelled 2 hours north to faceoff against in-state NCAA Division III school, the University of the Ozarks. For Ozarks, it was a preseason scrimmage to prepare for their schedule. For the Bucks, it was a regular season match to try and get more games played for our student-athletes.

Early in the first half, Ozarks found the back of the net to make it 1-0. For the remainder of the half, the Bucks had opportunities to tie the match but were unable to do so.

The second half was much of the same for the Bucks. Multiple runs and opportunities resulted in no goals for the Bucks. Defensively, the Bucks were able to shutout the Lady Eagles in the half. However, the Bucks would fall 1-0 in the match. The loss brings the Bucks record to 1-3-0 on the season. 

The Bucks will be back in action on Friday, September 3rd, at home against Richland College from Dallas, TX. Match is scheduled for a 1 pm kickoff.
