(February 29, 2020) Magnolia, Araknsas - Two women's athletes competed at the Mulerider Relays at Southern Arkansas University for Bucks Track & Cross Country. Sophomore, Marlenne Mendez (Fort Smith, AR), and freshmen, Shannan Gardner (Ward, AR), represented the Bucks in their respective races and competed well against 4-year competition (Southern Arkansas University, Ouachita Baptist University, University of the Ozarks, Rangers College, and Central Baptist College). Coach Shores is proud of her athletes stating, "This gives them a baseline to move forward this spring to continue to get better. Both are competitors that will push themselves and continue to work harder to achieve their goals." 

Women's 1,500m Run:

Shannan Gardner - 6:12.99 - 10th/14 runners 

Women's 3,000m Run:

Marlenne Mendez - 13:05.33 - 10th/11 runners
