(November 9, 2024) Richmond, Virginia - After a runner-up finish at the Region Championship, the men hit the course this morning at Pole Green Park at the NJCAA DII Cross Country National Championship. In 2021, the men finished 23rd on the same course. Today's race had 315 athletes representing 41 colleges.

Overall, the Bucks finished 30th overall in the 8K race.. Lansing Community College won the National Championship.

Individually, Yermy Gonzalez (Horatio, AR) placed 65th overall with a time of 27:17.1. Danny Lamas (Dodge City, KS) followed with a time of 28:57.7 that was good enough for 176th overall.

The rest of the men finished as follows: 

187th - Montana Wesley (Waldron, AR) - 29:06.3

210th - Alfred Rodriguez (Dalhart, TX) - 29:33.0

238th - Beau Reed (Moore, OK) - 30:13.5

244th - Noah Burns (Weatherford, TX) - 30:28.9
