(October 29, 2022) Mena, Arkansas - Coming off what could be consider their best race of the season at Southern Arkansas, the Bucks returned home for the Region II Championship this morning. The Bucks competed against other NJCAA schools from Arkansas and Oklahoma in an 8K race. The men pulled out a third place finish in the race.

In his last race in home terrority, sophomore Tyreek Gilkey (Fort Smith, AR) led the way for the Bucks and finished 8th with a time of 28:40.5. Freshmen Luis Morales (Glenwood, AR) was not far behind with a 13th place finish and a time of 29:24.2. The rest of the Bucks finished as follows:

14th - Juan Balderas (De Queen, AR) - 30:05.5

16th - Emmanuel Cartagena (Sherman, TX) - 30:11.7

28th - Pablo Hernandez (Springdale, AR) - 32:42.0
