(October 14, 2022) Magnolia, Arkansas - Preparing for the Region 2 Championship in a few weeks, the Bucks travelled south for the Lois Davis Invitational on the campus of Southern Arkasas University Friday evening. The Bucks would finish 4th in the 8K race that included DI, DII, DIII, and NJCAA schools. There was a total of 60 runners that finished the race. 

Luis Morales (Glenwood, AR) paced the Bucks with a 29:02.1 to place 21st. Coming in second and third for the team was the duo of Tyreek Gilkey (Fort Smith, AR) and Emmanuel Cartagena (Sherman, TX). The men finished 29th and 30th with times of 29:50.6 and 29:58.8, respectively. The remaining Bucks finished as follows:

33rd - Juan Balderas (De Queen, AR) - 30:17.8

37th - Christian Hernandez (Bryant, AR) - 30:58.7

48th - Pablo Hernandez (Springdale, AR) - 33:33.3

51st - Wilson Hughes (Mena, AR) - 34:31.5

Next up, the Bucks return home for the Region 2 Championship in two weeks. The 8K race will be held on October 29th at the Lion's Club Disc Golf Course.
