Fort Dodge, IA (November 14, 2020) – Fresh off their third consecutive Region 2 Championship, the Bucks were looking to make a splash at the NJCAA DII National Championship. Initially being ranked #11 in the Week 3 NJCAA DII Men's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll, the Bucks come into Fort Dodge as the 16th ranked team in the country.
After a cold 8K race, the Bucks would finish 16th. North Iowa CC won the NJCAA DII National Championship. Allen CC and Cowley CC would finish runner-up and third in the country, respectively. 141 competitors ran in the race.
The individual National Champion was Melvin Kipkemboi from North Iowa Area CC with a time of 24:58.77. Leading the way for the Bucks, as he did in every race the past 2 seasons, was sophomore Jordan Foster (Mena, AR) with a time of 27:19.75 placing 29th.
