Coach Tracy Nealy came to UA Rich Mountain after a remarkable 34 year high school coaching career at Horatio High School and De Queen High School.

Nealy's career at Horatio (his alma mater) spanned from 1985-1994. During that time frame, he coached boys basketball from 1985-1987, was the Assistant Baseball Coach from 1988-1989, Head Baseball Coach in 1990-1991 winning the Conference Championship and Regional Championship in 1991 (before handing the reins over to Bucks Baseball Coach, Lance Spigner), Junior Girls Basketball Coach from 1988 to 1994 that included 5 District Championships and 2 District Runner-Ups, and was the Senior Girls Basketball Coach from 1987 to 1994, finishing with 4 consecutive 20 plus win seasons.

After spending 9 years at his alma mater, Coach Nealy continued his winning ways at De Queen High School from 1995-2019. During his 25 years, he started the softball program in his first year and continued that run until 2019. During his time at De Queen, he compiled an impressive record of 433 wins and 193 losses. His teams were State Champions in 2017 and went to the State Final Four 6 of those years, held 7 District Championships, and 8 District Runner-Ups. Also while at De Queen, he was the Senior Girls Basketball Coach from 1998 to 2010, leading his team to be the 2003 State Champions. His teams also appeared in the 1998 and 2004 Final Fours in girls basketball. In 2010, he moved over to coach boys and girls golf until 2019, with his teams making an appearance in every state golf match all 9 years. 

In the first 2 seasons of Bucks Softball, Coach Nealy's teams made back-to-back Region II DI Softball Tournament apperances with a combined 52-69 record (22-42 in Region II). In 2023, the Bucks made the move to Division II and finished with a 30-27 record with a Region II Tournament semi-final appearance. 

In 3 seasons at UARM, Coach Nealy has produced 29 NJCAA Academic All-Americans, and everyone of his teams were named as NJCAA All-Academic Teams: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23. 

Tracy is married to Patti, and the couple have 2 daughters, JK and Nikki, along with 2 granddaughters, Chanli and Faithlynn.
