Charlotte started working at Rich Mountain in 2001 and is passionate about helping students succeed. As a first-generation college graduate and alum of Rich Mountain, she understands the importance of having an academic advisor, who is supportive and can help find multiple avenues of accomplishing tasks. She works with students, coaches, faculty, and staff to ensure that every student has an opportunity to thrive.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville and a Master of Science Degree in Agriculture from Southern Arkansas University. She is involved in many community activities, including Relay for Life, the Farm Bureau Women’s Committee, Quality of Life Outreach, Inc, Dolly Parton Imagination Library Project, and 4H. She believes that the connections, relationships, and support systems that faculty and staff have within the area help foster opportunities for the students of UA Rich Mountain and the community.

In addition to working on their farm, Charlotte, her husband, and two boys all rodeo, are active in their church, enjoy hunting, and are sports enthusiasts. The boys are also involved in 4H, EAST, FFA, trap shooting, and multiple school sports.
